Our lives are pretty busy...cycling, hiking, kayaking. The Northwest is a place of breathtaking natural beauty, especially when you explore it the way we do. Sara's always out of breath at least, trying to keep up with Eric. Our biggest adventure to date was a circumnavigation around Orcas Island. Eric did all the navigating (which, if you know Sara, was a really good thing) and Sara did all the meal planning (which, if you know Sara, was kind of a scary thing!). We had a fantastic time, and didn't even come close to drowning. We are renaming Orcas Island to No-Orcas Island though, because we didn't see a single stinkin' whale the whole time!
